26th Extraordinary OAFLAD General Assembly
Venue: Center for International Conferences, Kintélé
Arrival / Visa: Members of delegation who have not secured visa from their countries can obtain visa on arrival upon presentation of their valid passport at a counter dedicated for OAFLAD invited guests
Accommodation : Invited guests are welcome to choose hotels from the list provided below for accommodation, at their own expenses
Transportation: Transportation will be provided for First Ladies delegations for airport pickup and drop off and during their stay in Brazzaville
Accreditation: Accreditation will be done at the Center for International Conferences, Kintélé, upon presentation of valid passport starting 07 June 2022
Health measures:
COVID 19: A PCR test taken less than 72 hours is required upon arrival at the airport in Brazzaville.
Other diseases: International vaccination cards may be required for other diseases upon arrival at the airport in Brazzaville.
Communication: Airtel Congo, MTN Congo and Congo Télécom for mobile communication and internet
Banks: Banking services are available at the following Banks:
