Women’s contribution in the implementation and popularization of the COVID-19 prevention measures taken by the government and the
continuity of health services Coaching women in groups/cooperatives/associations to empower them; Sensitize women to promote family planning and parent-child dialogue on sexual and reproductive health issues; Sensitize community leaders and the community on the importance of the Early Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission and supporting women on Anti-Retroviral treatment, especially during breastfeeding; Organize biannually the High-Level Forum of Women Leaders on various themes contributing to women’s empowerment and
integral development.
EXPECTED RESULTS
Women are sensitized to contribute to the implementation and popularization of COVID-19 prevention measures,
Women in groups/cooperatives/associations are coached with a view to their empowerment;
Women are sensitized to promote family planning and parent-child dialogue on sexual and reproductive health issues;
Community leaders and the community are sensitized on the importance of the early prevention of mother-to-child transmission
and the support of women on Anti-Retroviral treatment, especially during breastfeeding;
The High-Level Forum of Women Leaders is organized biannually on various themes contributing to women’s empowerment and integral development.
