Mrs. Neo Jane Masisi, an accountant by profession has worked for the private sector in Botswana since 1994. She further embarked on a career as an International Civil Servant with the United Nations from 2004 to 2018, serving in three countries; United States of America, Ethiopia and Central African Republic.

Mrs. Masisi is currently the UNAIDS Special Ambassador for the Empowerment and Engagement of Young People in Botswana. She is also committed to the advancement of girls and women in Botswana, selected primarily from the point of vulnerability from which they stand.

She is married to H. E. Dr Mokgweetsi Eric Masisi , they have a daughter Atsile.
